• Daily Production management : Establishes production schedule and targets to meet the requirements of existing and projected sales orders. Responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities for one product group within the plant to ensure continuous and efficient production at a desired level of quantity, quality and cost. Establishes schedules and ensures effective and efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment. Coordinates with other function manager in planning and implementing manufacturing programs. • 1. Inspection : Inspection incoming cut cloth by check color of cloth, logo and type of cloth , check any part by
• pattern etc Inspection incoming material (silver coat, nickel, cloth) and check stock of material . Inspection Finished goods : color of pvc/leather and cloth, scratched , accessories corrective parts , rusty ,any part broken , dirty etc. Issued the corrective action report in case found abnormal product to team to solve the problem.
• 2.Production : Create application program Ms Excel apply and check stock of accessories. Solve the problem in the production (stock empty / material does not enough for product / change spec. model of product) thats joint with Japanese. Make a follow up of product (Golf bag / Accessories bag / Golf mat) and check delivery date for export by create application program Ms Excel apply status of product.
