Location : Cathay Pacific Lounge, Suvarnabhumi Airport Being responsible for overall HR especially HR policy, training and employee relations areas. Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes. Maintaining employee records (New hired, Absences, Leaves, etc.) and Issue control Staff ID Card, Access Card and Finger Scan. Managing and making payroll calculation, overtime and other tasks of Human Resources and General Affairs Initiating and managing employee relations activities. Being responsible for training and development planning for all levels in line with business strategies and company policies. Providing consultancy advice to all internal parties on labour law compliance, and tax and workman compensation law in alignment with company policies and regulations Being a business partner with all business units to further enhance the company’s success. Liaising between Lounge provider and AOT to manage and organize airport permit card for all requires. Liaising with auditors to maintain payroll and tax income. Leading and coaching HR and Administration teams.
