1) Coordinate with the Accounting Manager in preparing and managing annual financial statements and Taxation. 2) Prepare balance sheet and financial statement reports, and ensuring that all accounting reports are reconciled. 3) Ensure that month end and quarterly closing are completed accurately and timely. 4) Ensure full Tax compliance. 5) Analysis and provide report of business performance, budgeting for product and process costs and all aspects of financial governance. 6) Produce and manage annual budget for the Accounting Department . 7) Liaise with bankers and auditors and prepare audit and tax schedules as required. 8) Provide training and coaching to Accounting team as appropriate and Improve internal control as necessary. 9) Perform other tasks as assigned.
